Carmel Arts Festival and Kayaking

Tom starts

his day

with a Kitty kiss.

My day starts

taking Kitty

for a walk.

Do we pay

way too much attention

to this cat?

It is

a bright and beautiful

fall day.

Quick bike ride

to Carmel...

to my favorite bakery...

This bread is to die for!

Rich flavor from

freshly ground wheat.

Mmmm!

And such nice bakers!

They ask about my biking

and by the time I leave

these girls are ready...

....to bike across America.

But I'm just biking to

the Carmel Art District.

I've never been here before.

And today is their

International Arts Festival.

Singers

Dancers

from exotic places....

I'm almost run down

by the Chinese dragon!

I'm okay with these

gentle

kidly crowds.

Four boys check out

the policeman statue of Carmel.

They remind me of my four

when they were little.

Was it that long ago?

But I'm here

to see art...

Nail art...

Fruit art...

Shoe art...

Would this picture go

in our empty foyer?

I love

this art festival...

Maybe better

than Penrod this year?

Maybe it's

the blue skies.

Time for the ride home...

Oh-oh!

A flat tire!

But TJ wakes up

and comes to rescue me.

But he's ready

to send me off

on another adventure.

- TJ, I'm not too sure

about this...

But he sends me off

into wild Lake Stonebridge.

I'm not used

to roads

so watery.

It's pretty relaxing

out on the water.

If I stop paddling

the wind spins me

lazily around.

I'm almost drifting off...

..when Little Jake paddles up.

He's full of stories

how he's paddled at Fort Ben

and Kentucky.

And how he catches fish

with his bare hands.

But it's good-bye to Jake.

I need to paddle myself home to Tom.

For a quick lesson in flat changing.

And to check on TJ...

who's out relaxing

with that spoiled Kitty.

  2. I have been surfing on-line greater than three hours today, yet I by no means discovered any attention-grabbing article like yours.
It is pretty worth sufficient for me. Personally, if all web
owners and bloggers made just right content material as you probably did, the net might be much more helpful than ever before.
