colors,
I mean.
Tom
says
it was
beautiful
while I was
gone.
Many
of the
leaves
have fallen
now....
or
browned
on
twig...
Frost
chills....
Bare
branches....
So...
what else
do I
come
home
to?
Dracula
on
my
front
porch!
Pumpkins
growing
in
the
compost.
Flowers
still
blooming
in
front...
Flowers
on top of
the
dining
room
table....
and
kitties
below.
I've
got
singing
cold
sunrises....
and a
warm
orange
harvest
moon.
There's
activity
at
the
birdbath...
and
a
Halloween
ready
black
cat...
invades
Dusty's
realm.
He's
mad!
But
it's
good
to be
back
home...
with
my
husband...
and
my
son...
But
I
expect...
it
won't
be
too
long....
before
I
get
a
hankering...
to
go
exploring...
again.

Loving home and exploring is HARD. A little of both is good. It`s nice to have such wonderful things to come back to. And it`s nice to see them when I am far away.
