A Wonderful Beginning

It's
beginning
to look
a lot
like
Christmas...

There's
shopping
at the
local
frame-it
shop...

Careful
frame
selection...

There's
the
Zionsville
local
art
store...

Treasures
for
everyone...

Beautiful
wine
bottles...

A
marble
cheese tray
for
Aunt
Mary.

And
now
for
the
cheese...

I
go
to
Trader's
Point!

I
meet
with the
cheesemaster...

to
find
the
perfect
flavor...

made
from
the
Last
of the
Summer's
Milk.

We
have
so many
Christmas
traditions...

The
visit
to
the
Yakey
tree farm...

loving
on
their
dogs....

(but
don't
tell
Kitty!)

Now
it's
off
to the
tree
fields...

Johnnie
comes
to
help
us...

to
find
the
perfect
tree...

I
like
this
one....

You've
got
to
be
kidding!

T
o
o

t
a
l
l,

K
C
!

There's
got
to be
the right
one
somewhere
around
here!

Here's
our
tree!

Just
the
right
height.

Nicky
approves.

Load
it
in the
car...

Thank
you,
Mr.
Yakey...

and
Mrs.
Yakey.

See
you
again
next
year!

Back
home
is
ready
for
the
tree....

Here
it
comes!

but
it's
crooked!

I'll
fix
it.

and
put
a
toucan
on
top!

Time
to
wrap
presents....

and
watch
White
Christmas.

before
getting
all
dolled
up...

for
the
Steussy
Christmas
dinner.

Some
of
us
drink
by the
glass...

and
some
from
the
bottle...

but
we
all
have a
good time!

Then
it's off
to
the
Circle...

for
the
traditional
Yuletide
Celebration.

This
year
Nicky
was
surprised...

when
her
long-lost
friend,
Rosemary,
joined
us.

But
we
weren't
surprised....

when
at
intermission...

Aunt
Cally
brought
champagne.

Cheers!

It
was
a
wonderful
show....

and
a
wonderful
beginning...

to
a
wonderful....

Christmas
season!
