Family Christmas

It's
all
about
family!

Sometimes
laughter...

Sometimes
tears....

But
always
family!

We
gather
in
Zionsville...

My
sister
Cally...

brother
Nic

and
our
sundry
kids

to
celebrate
Christmas

with
our
90 year old
Mother.

She
is
such a
Colts
fan...

and
this year
has been
such a
disappointment.

Little
does she
know
she has
a
Christmas gift
coming....

Mom
has always
had
a
crystal
cabinet....

filled to the
brim
with lovely crystals
Dad
has given her
over the
years.

Last year
she gifted
us
all
jewelry
from their years
together.

This year
she is
gifting
her
crystal....

A
tiny
snail
for
KC...

A globe
for
the
traveller.

Andy
gets
a
crystal
football...

And
Nicky
a
swan.

Cally
gets
a
wine
glass?

Oops!
wrong
Cally!

Cally,
the
younger,
gets
gazelle.

And
TJ's
gift?

Grampa's
Swiss
Army
knife.

Of course,
Little
Tommy
is happier
with gifts
his
Daddy
can build
up....

so
he
can
crash
down!

This
year's
gifts
are
simple...

a
spa....

a
shirt...

Thank
goodness,
so much
less
trash!

And
the ladies
at the spa
love us!

My
best
gift -

a dairy cow
for someone
who
really needs
gifting!

Of course,
the
"little ones"
are
happy
to get
a
toy...

and
Gramma
Gene
loves
high tech!

How many
90 year olds
want
wireless
speakers
for their
IPads?

But
my best
gifts
to
give....

are
memories....

old
family
movies
put on
DVDs....

a
gift
to
record
Mom's
history
with
Legacy Keepers...

and
the
pictures
of
Christmas
present...

and
Christmas
past!

Because
after
all...

Christmas....

is
all
about....

Family!

PS.
We miss you,
Wixy.
