Today
is
our
first
day...
biking
Costa
Rica!
But
first,
José
of
Xandari....
gives
us
a
nature
tour.
From
the
flowers
that
blush
to
those
that
drowse...
From
the
largest
leaf
to
the
tiniest
blossom...
José
knows
it
all.
He shows us
the
bright
Mot-mot
bird
as well as
the
ominous
dark
vulture...
José
makes
the
rainforest...
come
alive!
Trees
explode
like
fireworks
above
our
heads....
while
the
leaf-cutter ants
toil
under our
feet.
But
nature
isn't
the only thing
we
see...
Over
the
years...
I've
stayed
at
many
hotels...
and
rarely
do they
show
me...
where
they
grow
my
food.
And
never
have
I been
shown....
where
my
food
goes...
after.
And
where
do
they
dry
their
laundry?
You
have to
love
Xandari.
Now
we
meet
another
José,
the orchid
man.
He
grows
orchids...
of
amazing
variety.
A
lady
in
yellow
dress?
A
large
orchidian
monster?
the
tiniest
blossom.
Trees
